BASE & ERA Confirm Wednesday, March 14 For 2018 Insight Forum

Following the success of the 2017 Insight Forum, the British Association for Screen Entertainment (BASE), in partnership with the Entertainment Retailers Association (ERA), has confirmed that the event is returning to Picturehouse Central on Wednesday March 14, 2018.

As with last year’s event, the half-day session will commence with a networking breakfast from 8:30am before a wealth of speakers take to the stage in Screen 1 to outline changing trends across the home entertainment industry’s digital and physical markets. Speakers at the 2018 event will be announced from January onwards and delegates will again be given further opportunity to network with colleagues in between and after the scheduled auditorium sessions.

Registration is now open: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/base-insight-forum-14th-march-2018-tickets-40179186027

Tickets are allocated to members as a priority, with non-members once again able to purchase tickets on a first come, first serve basis

Venue: Picturehouse Central

Date: Wednesday March 14, 2018

Doors open from 8:30am, sessions end by 1pm, networking session until 2pm

2017 saw 250 delegates attending across 77 different organisations, with representation from a host of distributors, physical and digital retailers as well as key trade bodies, research, creative and logistics agencies. James Duvall, Head of Insights at BASE, said: “This event has evolved to become one of the largest in the industry and the 2018 Insight Forum promises once again to provide the perfect chance to digest a host of trends influencing and affecting our ever-evolving industry. Feedback from the 2017 forum was overwhelmingly positive and it’s our intention to raise the bar even higher this year in terms of offering engaging, valuable and easy to digest insights from another roster of eclectic and uniquely informed speakers. These will be announced in due course but, as with last year’s event, expect some surprise announcements along the way!”
