Annual Wrap Up & Industry Outlook
A huge thank you to everyone who played an important role in yesterday’s BASE and DEGI final event of the year, from the speakers and panellists to the 80 attendees from over 40 companies.
Our special thanks are extended to the Sony Pictures Entertainment UK team for being such wonderful hosts.
It was a packed agenda that looked back at the successes and challenges of 2023 and the themes that will shape and influence home entertainment over the next 12 months. The power of partnerships and future collaboration was an overriding theme of the morning, whether with our theatrical, exhibition and retail colleagues or with each other.
We were delighted that so many industry colleagues were able to join us on the day, and so glad that we could balance the more formal elements with a chance to enjoy the start of the festive season while gift wrapping presents in aid of our charity partners at Dost Centre and Welcome Newham.
